Return Policy

We have a 14 days return policy. 

Before you return any item please notify us by mail. You can use the digital cancellation which is available . If you return an item, we will refund all the payments received, including standard delivery costs. 

The goods have to be returned promptly and in any case within 14 days since the notification of cancellation. In addition to the right of revocation, we offer you  the opportunity to return the goods with a delay of an additional 7 days, in total 21 days. 

We shall bear the cost of return shipment.

Items that can't be returned:

Unfortunately, some items are non-cancelable and non-refundable:

• An item made to order or personalised unless you have received a damaged or wrong item 

Important note:

Please do not send us any carriage forward packages, in order to avoid unnecessary additional costs. If we are required under the above agreement to bear the return costs, we will send you a return label for the shipment after we receive your cancellation.

Make sure you will pack the item promptly and in the original packaging.

Please don't destroy or throw away any product, even if it's faulty, before you have notified us by mail and heard back from us with further instructions. 

Please note that you are liable for any diminshed value of the product resulting from the handling of the product in any way other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the product while you are responsible for it (this includes, in the context of a return, when the product is in transit back to the seller).
